Milestones and NO

I am loving the fact that Sarah is one. With it come some nice milestones that make my life a little less complicated.
Let me explain...no more bottles or baby baby food to tote around she can (and would rather) eat and drink what we are, and we turned her car seat around so she has a new view on life in the car, a much happier rider! Sarah is soooo close to walking. She tries so hard, and will stand on her own and wobble one or two steps before giving up and crawling.

As for her sister... well that's what the NO is about. Shelby is a very opinionated little girl if you didn't know (she gets it from her dad) and she loves to tell us NO loudly. Well, this gets her in trouble so she has come up with some new ways to say no. We have heard, "no thanks,", "not right now," "not yet," "wait a minute," and my favorite "Never!" I don't know where that came from, but it made me laugh out loud the first time I heard it. The teacher in me loves that she knows how to use synonyms already, but the mom in me is thinking this little girl is way too smart for her own good.

I have some more pics to post but I am going to do that from school next week since the computer at my desk is about 15 times faster than the one at home when it comes to uploading. I might as well use it until school is out for the summer.
